钻井废泥浆固相物无害化处理试验研究 被引量:13

摘要 在国内现有的几种钻井泥浆固相物无害化处理方法基础上,本文提出了先破胶分离处理后,再分别对分离后的固相物进行焚烧、制作烧结砖和免烧砖的工艺并进行试验研究。通过对试验结果进行系统分析,指出了对泥浆固相物进行焚烧在设备选择、安置和尾气处理上存在难度,制作废泥浆烧结砖在能耗上的缺陷,确定了利用废泥浆固相物制作免烧砖的配方及处理工艺,并经测定,其机械强度符合蒸压加气混凝土砌块的抗压强度(GB11945-1989),其浸毒液也能达到国家污水综合排放标准(GB8978-1996)一级标准,较好地满足了废弃泥浆的无害化处理,实现环境可持续发展的要求。 An effective technology was taken to separate waste drilling - mud. The process was consisted of gel breaking firstly, and then incineration of the solid, making sintered and non - burnt bricks lastly. A series of research was taken to modify the technology. The results indicated that, it was difficult to select the equipment for incineration and search the appropriate way to treat the tail gas. Moreover, the problem in energy consumption during making sintered brick seemed troublesome. However, an optimal formula of making non - burnt brick was carded out in our lab. The results show that the non - burnt brick comes up to the Compressive Strength of autoclaved aerated concrete block( GB11945 -1989). Furthermore, the leaching liquid meet the requirement of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard I (GB 8978 -1996), implementation harmless treatment.
