Construction of City Ecology and Tactics of Sustainable Development in Urbanization

城市化进程带来了环境的恶化,城市生态化建设是城市实施可持续发展战略的必然选择。文章从城市生态化建设的提出谈起,阐述了可持续发展的城市生态化建设的内涵,并结合国外生态城市建设的发展及现状,提出了可持续发展的城市生态化建设的战略对策,树立科学的城市生态可持续发展观,加强政策引导,健全生态城市发展的有效机制,完善生态城市应用研究的技术、资金保障体系,加强公共教育及文化建设,普及生态文化。面向新世纪,城市走可持续发展的生态化道路、建设生态城市是历史发展的必然趋势。

As urbanization has caused environmental degradation, construction of city ecology is the inevitable choice for strategy of sustainable development of city. Firstly, this paper discussed from presenting the construction of city ecology, and then elaborated the meaning of construction of city ecology of sustainable development. At last, combined with the development and present situation of foreign countries, strategies of construction of city ecology of sustainable development were proposed as below： to establish the scientific concept of sustainable development of city ecology, to strengthen policy guidance, to improve the city e- cology development in an effective mechanism, to improve the technical, financial security system of the application study of city ecology, to strengthen public education and culture construction, to popularize ecological culture. In the new century, it is an inevitable trend of urban ecological sustainable development and construction of city ecology.
