The community is a social cell. To construct a harmonious society under socialism,the focus is on the basic unit and is based on the community and the key is the construction of the Communist Party. To build a harmonious community is the source of power of the community＇ s work of the Party building. To strengthen the Party bfiilding in communities is the soul of the work of building a harmonious community. The workers on the community＇s development should strive to catch innovative ideas for work of the Party building in communities,organize and set up activities carrier and try to construct a new community of harmonious organization, cultural harmony, the harmonious interests, interpersonal harmony and harmonious environment.
