Empirical Research on Rights and Interests Guarantee of Farmer Workers: Taking Baoding City of Hebei Province as Example

农民工权益保护已成为转型期中国最重要的社会问题之一,关系到我国经济的持续健康发展和社会主义和谐社会的建设进程。推进农民工权益保护工作,应坚持以人为本的原则,努力做到:转变城市本位的管理理念,消除城乡二元社会结构;加快立法进程并加强执法监督检查,简化农民工权利救济程序;严格规范企业用工行为,切实保障农民工劳动权益;加强社会保障体系建设,切实保障农民工的公共服务权益;加强农民工的教育培训,着力提高农民工的组织化程度。

The interests and interests guarantee of farmer workers has become one of most important social problems. It is related to the sustainable development of our country＇s economy and the constructive process of harmonious society. In order to promote the word of the rights and interests guarantee of farmer workers, we should embark as follows： transform the city-oriented management concept, eliminate the urban-rural dual structure; accelerate the legislative process and strengthen supervision of law execution in order to simplify the assistant procedure of the farmer workers; strictly regulate the enterprise behavior in order to guarantee their labor rights and interests; strengthen society guarantee system in order to their rights and interests of public service; strengthen education and training in order to improve their organization degree.
