After fierce contest between US-Russia in Central Asia after ＂911＂, the USA has broken the aspect that the Russia single-handed the area. Recollect the policy of the two Great Power in Central Asia which could be marked three stages： Firstly, the USA policy of expansion and Russia＇s anti-expansion in central Asia （2001--2004）. Secondly, the policy ＂pushing forward democracy＂of USA and the policy ＂anti-colour revolution＂ of Russia （2005）. Thirdly, the US ＂Big Central Asia＂ strategy policy and Russia＇s ＂deepen policy all round＂（2006 so far）.
