HYSYS流程模拟技术在丁辛醇装置用能优化方面的应用

摘要 分析了大庆石化公司丁辛醇装置工艺流程中用能优化的潜力,即可增设换热器,实现温度较低的精EPA与温度较高的粗EPA的换热,充分利用内部循环热能,同时可节约冷却水和加热蒸汽用量。介绍了利用HYSYS流程模拟技术,通过采用定义虚拟组分来计算增设换热器换热面积的计算方法。根据模拟计算结果,采用换热面积为35m2的新增换热器,每年节约1.3MPa蒸汽1×104t、冷却水28×104t。 This paper analyzes the potential of energy utilization optimization in process flow of normal butanol and 2-ethylhexanol plant at Daqing Petrochemical Company,i.e.A new heat exchanger may be installed to perform heat exchange between low-temperature refined EPA and high-temperature crude EPA,make full use of internal recycling heat energy and reduce the consumption of cooling water and heating steam.This paper introduces the method for calculating the heat exchange area of the new heat exchanger by adopting HYSYS process simulation technology and definition of virtue components.The simulation results show that 1× 10^4 tons of 1.3MPa steam and 28×10^4 tons of cooling water can be saved annually by installing a new heat exchanger with a heat exchange area of 35m^2.
