Emotional Conveyance in Literary Translation:Perspective of the Translator's Subjectivity

文学翻译不但要"达意",而且要"传情"。译者主体性对于文学翻译中情感色彩的传递至关重要。译者主体性发挥不当,可能导致文学翻译中情感色彩传递的失真。译者需妥善发挥其主体性,以便能正确领会并在译文中恰当地传递原文的情感色彩。

In literal translation,it is necessary to convey the informational elements as well as emotional elements of the original. The translator＇s subjectivity is of vital importance for the conveyance of the emotional elements of the original into the version. Inappropriate exertion of the translator＇s subjectivity will result in emotional distortion in literary translation. Therefore,the translator should bring the subjectivity into a proper play to apprehend and transfer correctly the emotional elements of the original in the version.
