张家口地区高校毕业生就业问题研究

Study on the Employment of Graduates in Zhangjiakou

张家口地区高校毕业生在就业过程中存在着有效需求不足、学科专业结构调整滞后、毕业生就业能力欠缺以及反馈渠道不畅等诸多问题。针对以上问题,研究了发达国家在高校毕业生就业指导和服务方面先进的理念和方法,特别是这些理念和方法对于就业指导部门的启示,提出了积极开辟毕业生就业渠道、创新毕业生培训机制、创新专业设置以及完善就业和社会保障制度等措施,以期对解决高校毕业生的就业问题提供一定的借鉴和指导。

There exist some problems in the progress of employment for graduates who graduated in those colleges located in Zhangjiakou.lack of effective need, backward construction of majors,graduates low quality for employment and not easily accessible feedback. In order to solve those problems, this paper studies the advanced notion and method of the employment instruction and service for graduates in developed countries, esp, the inspiration from the notion and method puts forward a series of measures： building new roads for graduates＂ employment, refreshing t.he training system of graduates, rearranging major structure and bettering the systems of employment and social security.
