摘要
目的建立测定当归龙荟片中阿魏酸含量的HPLC方法。方法采用Diamonsil C18柱(200mm×4.6mm,5μm)分离,以甲醇:0.1%磷酸(体积比为120∶280)为流动相进行洗脱,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为316nm。结果阿魏酸的线性范围为0.3136～6.271mg/L(r=0.9995),方法的平均回收率分别为100.5%(RSD=1.0%)。结论本实验为当归龙荟片的质量控制提供了科学的方法。
Objective To establish a RP-HPLC method for determination of ferulid acid in Dangguilonghui Tablets. Methods The chromatography was carried out on a Diamonsil ODS column （200 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5um） with methanol- 1% （φ） phosphate acid solution （ 120： 280, v/v） as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/rain. The detection wavelength was set at 316 nm. Results The calibration curve was linear within the range of 0.313 6 - 6.271 mg/L（ r = 0.999 5 ）, the average recoveries was 100.5 % （RSD = 1.0% ）. Conclusion This method is accurate, simple and sensitive,and it can be used for the quality control of Dangguilonghui Tablets.
