摘要
文章主要结合长江繁忙水域内的通航实际情况对VTS系统中的报警功能开启与配置提出了一些建议。旨在通过有效提取报警信息,提高交管中心的监管服务水平。
This paper,taking into account the actual navigation situations on the Yangtze River, provides some suggestions on the configuration and activation of the alarm functions in the VTS system, with a view to improving the maritime management and service of the VTS through obtaining and using valid alarm information.
