摘要
中国石化股份有限公司镇海炼化分公司百万吨/年乙烯项目-EO/EG装置中的换热器E-6111,为国内正在制造的首台换热面积超过10000 m2的超大型管壳式换热器。通过前期国产化方案论证,确定该设备按GB150及GB151标准进行设计,并拟定了十五项有关设计、制造及检验等方面攻关课题,展开了超大型管壳式换热器的研制,目前已取得了一定成果。
1000 kt/a ethylene project EO/EG plant item E-6111 supplied to China petroleum & chemical corporation Zhenhai refining & chemical company is the first domestic super size shell and tube heat exchanger under construction, of which the heat exchange area is more than 10,000 m^2. Based upon prior-demonstration of domestic construction feasibility, a conclusion was given that this equipment is to be designed according to the standards of GB150 & GB151, and 15 subjects study about design, manufacturing, inspection and so on are generated to be solved. Some fruitful achievements have been obtained upon current expanded research and manufacturing of super size tube and shell heat exchanger.
