摘要
在影响教师社会地位的众多因素中,教师薪水是极为重要的一项。为保障义务教育教师待遇,我国在法律上规定教师工资"应当不低于"公务员工资。从这一法律规定出发,本文把总收入划分为基本工资和津补贴两部分,从收入结构的角度考察了全国、分地区、分省的义务教育教师与公务员收入差距,探讨了2006年启动的工资改革对这种收入差距产生的影响,并对义务教育教师与公务员的津补贴及其差距进行了纵向分析。
Among many factors affecting teacher social status, teacher pay is of particular importance. In order to safeguard compulsory education teachers＇compensation, the law provides that teacher pay ＂must not be lower than＂ civil servant pay in our country. In view of the legal provision, with total pay divided into two parts ： base salary and bonuses, this paper observes on the pay gap between compulsory education teacher and civil servant at national, economic zonal, and provincial level, discusses the influences on the pay gap of the wage system reform started in 2006, and makes a in - depth analysis on the vertical structure of bonuses of both compulsory education teacher and civil servant as well as the bonuses gap between them.
