摘要
当前,"订单培养"被视为今后高等职业教育发展的新模式。但是,在理性分析"订单培养"与企业生产不同、"订单培养"中存在的矛盾与问题后,可以认为"订单培养"的实施受教育规律和一定条件所制约,因而不具备广泛意义上的适应性,不宜作为高等教育人才培养的一般模式推广。
＂Talent Cultivation According to Order＂ is currently regarded as the main model of the higher vocational education for the future. The paper analyzes the differences between factory productions and ＂Talent Cultivation According to Order＂ as well as the contravention and problems underlying in this model. Therefore, the paper concluded that the ＂Talent Cultivation According to Order＂ model should obey educational rules and conditions, then it doesnt possess the applicability and thus not proper to be generalized.
