选用优质土壤为主要材料,通过科学合理的配方设计,加入多功能复合菌液和微量元素培养制成人工窖泥。生产试验表明,各项指标均接近老窖泥水平,生产应用效果明显,产酒优质率高。

Quality soil was used as the main materials and multiplefunctional composite bacteria liquid and trace elements were added according to scientific proportioning design for the culture of manmade pit mud. The production experiments showed that each index of manmade pit mud was Close to that Of aged pit mud and its use in liquor production could achieve high quality product rate.
