摘要
建立了啤酒中反-2-壬烯醛简便、快速的检测方法。用固相萃取与高效液相色谱相结合,以甲醇∶水=60∶40(v∶v)为流动相,流速为1mL/min,检测波长226nm,用外标法进行定量,获得了较高的回收率和较小的相对标准偏差。
A simple and rapid method for the determination oftran-2-nonenal in beer was developed as follows: SPE associated with HPLC, acetonitrile:water (55:45, v/v) as mobile phase, flow rate= 1 mL/min, detector wavelength= 226 nm, and external standards used to quantify the content. The application of such method could achieve higher recovery and comparatively lower RSD.
