摘要
从葡萄酒产业的生态约束性、集聚性、关联性、效益方面分析了产业特征,认为葡萄酒发展路径依赖是产区生态+基地+葡萄品种+技术的模式,从产区生态区划、基地建设、品种优化、技术创新及推动相关产业方面提出了我国葡萄酒产业的战略选择。
The characteristics of grape wine industry were analyzed from the aspects of eco-restriction, Zone convergency, industry relationship, and comprehensive cost-effectiveness. It was considered that grape wine industry developmentwas dependent on the mode of ＂production region ecology＋ grape base grape species ＋ technology＂. In addition, the strategic choice of grape wine industry in China was put forward from the asepects of production region classification, grape base construction, grapespecies optimization, technical innovation and the promotion of related industries.
