摘要
以我国城市生活垃圾在直接气化熔融炉内的燃烧熔融过程为研究对象,计算了在不同鼓风条件和燃料条件下处理生活垃圾时气化熔融炉炉温的变化,分析了鼓风温度、富氧鼓风、空气过剩系数、焦炭加入量以及焦炭和煤的不同配比对直接气化熔融处理炉炉温的影响规律,计算结果为气化熔融炉鼓风参数的合理选择提供了理论依据。
This article studys the process of MSW's incineration with ash melting in the gasification and melting furnace in China, and it calculates gasification and melting furnace's temperature in disposing MSW under different blast and fuel conditions. Blast and fuel's influence to the gasification and melting furnace's temperature has been an- alyzed. The Calculation result provides academic warranty for choosing blast parameters of the gasification and melt-ing furnace.
