山羊十二指肠内灌注酸或碱对血浆胃动素水平的影响

摘要 选用2只装有永久性十二指肠瘘管的1周岁母山羊,禁食24h分别以5mL·min-1的速度经瘘管灌注01MHC1(pH为10),03MTris(三羟甲基氨基甲烷)缓冲液(pH为105)和生理盐水(pH为39)各100mL,重复进行2次,每隔72h灌注1次。分别于灌注后0,5,10,20,30,60,90min采集颈静脉血样,用放射免疫法测定血浆胃动素水平。结果如下:(1)山羊禁食24h无灌注时血浆胃动素水平(即基础水平)为(16844~23417)ng·L-1,平均为(20104±2531)ng·L-1(2)灌注01MHC1时,血浆胃动素水平由基础水平显著降至(16895±2185)ng·L-1(P<005),并稍低于灌注生理盐水(17304±1435)ng·L-1(P>005)。(3)灌注03MTris缓冲液时,血浆胃动素水平由基础水平显著升高至(25422±5441)ng·L-1(P<001),且明显高于灌注生理盐水(P<001)。表明酸化山羊十二指肠内环境能明显降低血浆胃动素水平,碱化则起显著升高作用。 Two one yeal old female goats were installed with permanent duodenal fistulas.After fasting for 24 hours,100mL 0.1M hydrochloric acid,100mL 0.3M Tris buffer and 100mL saline solution were separately infused into duodenal at 5mL·min -1 by fistulas,repeating the above procedure twice and once for every 72 hours.The blood samples were synchronizedly taken from the goats′ neck vein cather at different time.Before and during the duodenal infusion,plasma motilin was measured by radioimmunoassay.The results of research show that:(1)The goat mean plasma motilin concentration (i.e.basic level) was (201.04±25.31)ng·L -1 after fasting for 24 hours but without infusion,the range was (168.44±234.17)ng·L -1 .(2)Infusing 0.1M hyd rochloric acid significantly lowered the plasma motilin to (168.95 ±21.85)ng·L -1 ,which was some what lower than that (173.04±14.35)ng·L -1 of infusing saline solution ( P >0.05).(3)When infusing 0.3M Tris buffer into the duodenal,the plasma motilin (254.22±54.41)ng·L -1 obviously increased from the basic level ( P <0.01),which was significantly higher than that of infusing saline solution( P <0 01) The results suggest that acidifying intraduodenal environmental of goats can significantly lower the plasma motilin,and the alkalization can obviously make it increase.
