Prefabrication Technology of 105 m Steel and Concrete Composite Box Beam

上海长江隧桥105 m钢-混凝土组合梁是目前中国最大的组合结构连续箱梁,采用了梁场预制,大型浮吊海上长距离运输、架设的先进施工技术。文中简要介绍箱梁预制的场地布置、功能区划分、劳动力及设备组织等。

The 105 m steel and concrete composite box beam of Shanghai Tunnel Bridge on the Yangtze River is the largest continuous composite box beam in China now. It uses the advanced construction technology of beam prefabrication as well as long-distance maritime transportation and erection with large floating cranes. A brief introduction about the construction field for beam prefabrication ,the division of function districts and the organization of labour force and equipments is given in this paper.
