摘要
基于模糊层次分析(FAHP)方法,建立了人员安全疏散评价指标体系,构造了层次分析法模型;运用专家评判法获得了安全疏散各指标的权重;利用模糊综合评判理论对人员安全疏散系统进行了等级评价。对雪峰山隧道的实例评价,说明该方法能客观公正地完成隧道火灾时,人员安全疏散系统的指标分析及评价,为科学地协调安全管理,采取有效措施保障人员生命安全提供理论依据。
On the basis of the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP), the assessment index system of people's safety evacuation is established, and FAHP model is founded. The weight of safety evacuation indexes are obtained by experts judgments which passed the related consistency examination. The safety evacuation system is graded and evaluated with fuzzy synthesis assessment model, which is proven to be able to accomplish the analysis and evaluation of the safety evacuation index in the tunnel objectively and rightly on the basis of an example evaluation of Xuefeng Mountain Tunnel. So it can improve the management scientifically, and guarantee the safety of life effectively.
