摘要
建立了用紫外-可见分光光度计快速检测血液中碳氧血红蛋白饱和度的方法。检血用0.1%Na_2CO_3稀释后加入连二亚硫酸钠,用紫外-可见分光光度计测定500nm-600nm吸收光谱图和419nm及425.5nm处的吸光度值,对碳氧血红蛋白进行定性和定量分析。该法检测血液中碳氧血红蛋白饱和度具有快速、准确、操作简便等优点,可用于临床CO中毒的快速诊断及CO中毒死亡的法医学鉴定。
This paper reported a new developed method for identification and determination of earboxyhemoglobin in carbon monoxide poisoned blood by spectrophotometry.By addition of suitable amount of sodium hydrosulfite into blood samples which were diluted by 0.1% Na2CO3,the absorption curve from 400nm to 600nm and absorbance at 419 nm and 425.5nm of the blood samples were detected for qualitative and quantitative determination of carboxyhemoglobin.The method is more simple,accurate,rapid and practical.It can be used to diagnose the carbon monoxide poisoning and identify of death from carbon monoxide poisoning.
