摘要
介绍了采用ICP—AES测定Al—Cu—Mg—Ag系新型耐热铝合金中铜、镁和银的方法。对样品溶解、共存元素干扰等进行了研究,选择Cu324.752nm、Mg285.213nm和Ag328.068nm的无光谱干扰的谱线为分析线,选择钇为内标元素,内标线Y 371.03nm。并运用铝基体工作曲线来消除铝基的影响,以提高分析的准确度。优化了测量时溶液的提升量,在优化工作曲线下测定,方法的回收率为97.5%~101.3%,相对标准偏差小于0.98%。用本法测定银的结果与火焰原子吸收光谱法分析银的结果吻合。该法用于国家标准物质的测定,其结果与标准物质认定值一致。
A method was established for determination of copper magnesium and silver in new heat resistant Al-Cu-Mg-Ag alloy by ICP-AES.The test of sample dissolving and interference of coexist elements were studied.The spectral line Cu 324.752 nm、Mg 285.213 nm and Ag 328.068 nm,which have no spectral interference,were chosen as the analysis lines.Yttrium is used as internal standard element and the spectral line is 371.03 nm.The aluminum matrix matching working curve was applied to eliminate the disturbance of the aluminum and increase the analytical accuracy.The solution lift rate was optimized.Under the optimum working condition,the recovery was in the range of 97.5% to 101.3%,and the RSD is less than 0.98%.The determination results of silver in this method coincided with the results of FAAS.The method had been applied to the determination in reference materials and the results were accordant with the certified values.
