摘要
用近似方法对非线性双向二极管介观电路进行了量子化处理,给出了其能谱关系.非线性双向二极管介观电路的能谱与电路的参数有关.例如,电容愈小,能谱愈低.文中特别讨论了基态能量,它可能取正值,也可能取负值.在文中所述条件下,基态能量的结果是比较好的.
By using an approximately way, the non-linear mecsoscopic circuit with bi-direction diode is quantized, and the energy spectrum are given. The results show that it is related with circuit parameters. For example, the less the capaeitanee is, the lower the energy spectrum is. The essays discusses the ground energy, it may be either a negative value or a positive one. Under the condition stated in the essay, it will get an ideal result.
