摘要
本文对山东肿足蕨中还原糖、总多糖进行了鉴定和含量测定。还原糖检出葡萄糖,总多糖酸水解液检出葡萄糖、葡萄糖醛酸。总多糖含量:根33.8%、茎6.98%、叶10.8%。
This paper reports the identification and quantitative determina-tion of the saccharide components in Hypodematium Sinense Iwatsuki Glucosewas detedted from the reducing sugar solution abstracted.Glucose and glucosealdehydic acid were detected from the acid hydrolytic solution of the totalpolysaccharide.The total sugars content is following:the roots content 33.6%,the stems content 7.14%,the leaves content 10.99%.
