摘要
首先介绍了国内外几种无扭高速线材轧机的结构特点,然后以偏心套为例,从加工基准选择、工艺路线分析、偏心距保证、配重等方面进行了较全面的分析,阐述了加工偏心套的制造技术,为高速线材轧机的设计提供了资料和制造经验。
Firstly, this paper introduces the structure characters of No - twist & High - speed Wire Rolling Mill used at home and abroad. Then, taking eccentric sleeve as an example, it makes a more comprehensive analysis concerning machining benchmark choices, technical route analysis, the guarantee of eccentricity and the balance weight. It expatiates on the manufacture technologies for machining eccentric sleeve, which provides the data and manufacture experiences for this kind of roiling mills.
