摘要
《孙子兵法》是人类历史上的兵学理论的经典,同时也是孙子管理思想的集中展示,其管理思想可集中概括为优化原则、激励原则、时效原则、随机原则、信息原则、组织原则等六个原则,对学校文化管理的启示在于:管理中注重道义为先;善于激励;关注管理团队建设。
Sunzi Warcraft is the first classic of warcraft theory in human history, and also central exhibition of Sunzi＇s management thought, and its management thought can be summarized into six principles： optimized principle, inspiration principle, time effect principle, stochastic principle, information principle and organization principle, and its enlightenments to school cultural management are： prioritizing morality and justice in management, taking advantage of inspiration and paying attention to the construction of management team.
