摘要
高职营销专业课程学习绩效测评应该以能力为导向,把调研能力、4PS能力、营销策划能力作一般考核要求,将开发能力作为考核重点。学生学习绩效测评的方式为"期评成绩=出勤+平时成绩+读书笔记成绩+大作业+期末理论考试成绩+加分"。
The learning performance evaluation of higher vocational marketing specialty courses should be competency -oriented,take research ability,4PS capacity,marketing capacity as general assessment requirements,and developing capacity as evaluation focus to cultivate students' grasping and analyzing abilities for business opportunities.The way of evaluating students' performance is 'assessment performance = attendance(10%) + normal performance(20%) + reading and notebook performance(10%) + major operation(30%) + theoretical examination performance and the end of term(30%) + plus points(10%).'
