摘要 大空间范围内的坐标尺寸测量是大型装备制造及精密工程安装的基础支撑技术之一,也是精密测量技术的热点和难点问题。随着当前重大基础装备工业的快速发展,大空间坐标尺寸测量的重要性和迫切性日渐突出,现有的测量方法和技术已经不能满足应用要求,必须发展新的测量方法和仪器设备,以此为背景,结合正在发展的大尺寸组合式测量方法,阐述了大空间坐标尺寸测量的应用现状、组合式测量方法、全局空间测量与控制等几方面问题,试图反映该技术领域的技术现状、关键问题和发展趋势,为相关研究和工程应用提供部分参考依据。 Three-dimension coordinate measurement within large-scale volume is one of the basic supporting technique in large-scale manufacture and precision engineering installation, which is also a hot and difficult problem in precision measurement technology. With the rapid development of current foundational equipment manufacturing, the importance and urgency of largescale coordinate measurement are highlighted increasingly, therefore the existing measuring methods and techniques can no longer meet the application requirements and new methods and equipments need to be developed. On this background, associating with the developing large-scale combined measuring method, the application situation of large-scale coordinate measurement, the combined measuring method and global space measurement and control are described which attempts to reflect the technology status, key problems and developing trend in this technical field and provides partial references for related research and engineering applications.
