摘要 介绍了应用Edlén经验公式的环境参量法测量空气折射率,分析和总结了提高其测量精度的措施,如公式的合理选用、环境参量测量传感仪表的选用等。从软硬件两个方面描述了实际折射率测量系统的构成,分析结果表明其测量标准不确定度达1.03×10^-8,可以满足高精度激光干涉测长的要求。 The method of Edlén experiential equation calculating with environmental parameters of air is introduced. The measures to improve its accuracy are summarized, like choosing reasonable formula, sensors and instruments, etc. The structure of actual measurement system of refractive index of air is described from both software and hardware aspects. The analysis of measure- ment uncertainty is given, the results show that the standard uncertainty is 1.03 × 10^-8 and it can meet the needs of high precision length measurement with laser intefferometer.
