摘要
介绍了微波雷达物位计、超声波物位计、γ射线物位计、导波式微波雷达物位计、电容液位计、音叉液位计和静压式液位计的用途,提出了几种对其不确定度进行测量的方法,对测量方法的科学性、实用性进行了分析。重点介绍了采用激光干涉仪测量系统对微波雷达物位计、超声波物位计、导波式微波雷达物位计等的不确定度进行测试的方法。
The level meters are introduced such as: microwave radar level meter, ultrasonic level meter, γ-my level meter, guided wave type radar level meter, electrical capacitance level meter, tuning fork level meter, and the static pressure hqnid level transmitter. The rationality and apphcabihty of these level meters is also analyzed. Especially, how to use the laser interferometer measurement system to calibrate the microwave radar level meter, the uhrasonic level meter, and the guided wave type radar level meter is discribed.
