633nm激光波长基准/副基准比对

Comparison Between the ^127I2 Stabilized He- Ne Lasers Wavelength Standards at 633 nm

摘要 对中国计量科学研究院、中国计量测试技术研究院和长城计量测试技术研究所的633nm^127I2饱和吸收稳定激光波长基准、副基准进行了比对,这是首次进行的国内长度基准的比对。比对实验的内容包括频率稳定度测量、频差测量和相关的位移参数测量等。给出了以国际计量局BIPM C1为参考的比对结果。 A comparison between NIM, NIM'IT and CIMM He - Ne lasers stabilized to saturated absorption lines of ^127 I2 at λ = 633 nm was carried out, which is the first internal comparison of the wavelength standards. The measurement includes frequency stablity, frequency difference and sensitivity coefficients. The results relative to the B1PM C1 are given.
