摘要
基于图像处理技术,研制了一台基于工业CCD摄像机的喷油器底座自动检测设备。利用三菱FX1N-24MT可编程控制器实现了工件的全自动化检测控制。设计了可调式均匀散射光源、基于方向链码的圆边缘提取算法,针对被测工件图像边缘在高度上不共面时普通调焦函数无法进行调焦定位的问题,提出了一种基于特征边缘跟踪的调焦评价方法,提高了测量精度。试验证明,该检测设备使用方便,精度高,速度快,可满足生产检测的需要。
Based on image processing technology, an automatic measurement equipment based on industrial CCD is designed and developed. An ingenious device by using FX1N - 24MT PLC is designed, which realized the automatic inspection. An LED back lighting source with uniform scattering is designed, and a circular edge extraction algorithm based on the direction chain code is put forward. A focusing evaluation method based on the characteristic edge tracking is proposed, with the result that the evaluation function can be correctly focusing and positioning even when the height of the measured edge image is not coplanar, which highly improved the focusing accuracy. The experimental results demonstrate that the equipment had a high resolution and high speed, which can meets the needs of production measurement.
