摘要
介绍了中国计量科学研究院在2000年度CIPM组织的CCL-KC3国际角度关键量值比对项目中的角度块比对中所采取的测量方法、测量结果及不确定度分析,并提供了CIPM发布的各参比实验室的角度块比对数据,供国内角度计量领域的同行进行参考。我国的4个角度块的比对数据比较接近平均值,同时加权值眈均小于1,说明我国提供的角度块的测量不确定度结果是合理的。
National Institute of Metrology (NIM) as a representative of China had finished a key comparison of angle standards, numbered CCL-KC3, which organized by the Consultative Committee of the CIPM. The comparison artifacts include a 12- sided polygon and 4 angle blocks, and such kind of angle blocks comparison is the fwst time in China. The comparison method, results and uncertainty analysis of the angle block used by NIM in angle standard comparison are introduced. And some comparison results of angle blocks come from the other participants, which issued by CIPM, as a reference, is provided. Known from the comparison report, the angle block comparison results provided by NIM approach the mean of all comparison results, and En values of weighed mean are also smaller than 1. They show that the measurement uncertainty of the angle blocks is reasonable.
