摘要
论述了美国国家技术标准研究院(NIST)的时间频率基准溯源链,其重要特征是:拥有高精度的铯喷泉原始频率基准(准确度、稳定度均约为1×10^-15);在时间频率基准传递方法、技术和算法研究方面处于领先地位;在远程校准的频率测量和分析系统(FMAS),及溯源链系统的尖端装备的高集成化、自动化、智能化品质方面均达到领先水平。对高精度的时间频率同步系统在天文学测量、导航、定位等领域中的重要作用和目前达到的关键技术指标做了介绍。
Taking the traceability system of the time - frequency standard of National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) of USA as the model, the characteristics of time - frequency traceability System is described. In which the high - accuracy cesium fountain clock is primary frequency standard (its accuracy, and stabhty is about 1 × 10^-15 ), ahead in the research and development of time - frequency dissemination method and technology , and the frequency measurement and analytical system (FMAS) of long - range calibration are all in the advanced level in the world. So as in a high quality of the integration automatization, intelligent, and lightweight of top - level equipments in the traceability system. At last, the importance and the key technical indicator achieved at present to the high-accuracy synchronous time-frequency system in the field of astronomy measurement, guided missile launch, navigation and orientation, etc. are described.
