摘要
本工作利用钾离子透入甩尾法测定大鼠的痛阈,观察了侧脑室注射纳洛酮对催产素和加压素增强电针镇痛效应的影响。结果表明,侧脑室注射纳洛酮虽能削弱电针镇痛效应,却不能阻断催产素或加压素增强电针镇痛的作用。提示催产素或加压素在电针镇痛过程中并不依赖脑内的内源性阿片肽系统。
The effect of introventricular injecture(ICV)of naloxone onenhanceing Electro—acupunetur analgesia(EA )by oxytocin(OT)and Arginine-Vasopressin(AVP) was studied in the work.Using the possium iontophoresistail-flick for measuring pain.The results showed that ICV of naloxone coulddepress the EA,but the role of OT and AVP strengthening EA was notremoved by naloxone.Our data suggested that the role of OT and AVP might not affect the effectsof endogenous opiate peptides in eletroaeupuncture analgesia
