摘要
试验测定了不同加速老化时间电火工品的电阻与发火时间,分析确定了影响电阻与发火时间变化的原因与规律。选择了80发试验样品,在90℃温度下对其进行加速老化,测定了老化过程中桥丝电阻的变化,最后对不同老化时间后试验样品的发火时间进行了测定。试验与分析表明:由于药剂对桥丝的氧化,样品的桥丝电阻可增加2%以上;由于药剂的分解使其能量下降,样品的发火时间增长,出现迟发火和瞎火。
The electric resistance and firing time of the electric igniters aged for different time were measured, the reason and role of the change for electric resistance and firing time were determined by analysis. 80 electric igniters were aged at the temperature of 90℃. The electric resistances of samples were tested during aging, and the firing times of samples aged for different time were tested after aging. The electric resistance can be increased more than 2% because of oxidation of hot-bridge by compositions in electric igniter, and the firing dine can be delayed because of the decomposition and energy reduction of compositions, the delayed fire and misfire of electric igniter will take place.
