攀钢4^#高炉第二代炉役强化冶炼实践

摘要 攀钢4#高炉(1350 m3)第二代炉役采用了一系列先进技术、新工艺、新设备,经过一年的生产实践,加强管理,摸索出了一套适应铜冷却壁薄炉衬的操作制度,使高炉生产逐步上升,稳产高产,实现强化冶炼。 The No. 4 blast furnace ( 1350 m^3 ) at Pangang steel was equipped with series of leading technologies, new processes and facilities during it's second campaign. After one year operation practice, a set of operating system matching copper cooling stave and thin lining has been explored by means of en- hanced management. Hence, intensified smelting is realized at the blast furnace with escalating productivity and stable high yield.
