摘要
本文分析了攀钢提钒炼钢厂LF炉电极消耗居高不下的原因。降低LF炉电极消耗的有效途径主要是合理供电、优化吹氩工艺、规范操作等措施。通过优化工艺技术,LF炉电极消耗明显降低,实现了科技降耗的目的。
This text analyzed steel plant LF stove electrode to consume high reason, reduced electrode consume of the valid path is mainly reasonable power supply, excellent turn to blow measures, LF stove electrode consumes to obviously lower and carried out science and technology to decline to consume of purpose.
