摘要
本文介绍了步进梁式加热炉汽化冷却系统中的步进装置采用立式结构的技术方案。论述了立式结构的具体形式、旋转式球形接头的运行轨迹和受力分析,并通过试验对理论研究进行了验证,为在国内冶金行业大型步进梁式加热炉汽化冷却系统,步进装置采用立式结构提供了理论上的保证。
In this paper, the technical scheme of vertical stepping device used in walking beam heating -furnace was discussed. The vertical stepping device structure type and spherical rotate joint moving trace and stress was discussed, also, the analytical result was verified by experimental results. The research could be a theoretical proof for the adoption of vertical steeping device in walking beam heatingfurnace.
