摘要
扦插基质是决定插穗在生根过程中能否正常生根的关键因素,为了确定合适的扦插基质,本试验以天竺葵为指示植物,研究了6种基质对插穗生根的影响。结果表明:单独使用珍珠岩,蛭石和腐叶土作为扦插基质,不利于天竺葵的生根发育;两种物质相互配合作为基质,效果稍好;但是珍珠岩、蛭石和腐叶土体积比1:1:1混合物是天竺葵扦插最佳的基质。
The matrix material was a very important factor for rooting ability of inarch. The effect of 6 kinds different matrix material on Pelargonium hortorum cutting were studied, the result showed that in the pure perlite, vermiculite, leaf mold was disadvantageous to rooting ability of Pelargonium hortorum inarch. The mixture of two in three substrates was second. The best matrix material was perlite, vermiculite and leaf mold mixture(1 : 1 : 1).
