内蒙古高校高水平运动队的发展受到缺乏高水平运动员、教练员业务水平及专职化程度偏低、训练经费严重不足、参赛机会少、管理不规范等因素的制约。并从高水平运动队目标定位,运动训练管理制度,教练员选拔、培训,高水平运动员文化学习,训练经费要多元化、制度化等角度提出建议和对策,以期望为今后内蒙古高校高水平运动队的发展提供参考。
