To Reform Personnel Training System and Improve the Quality of Innovative Talents

人才培养体系改革不在于盲目跟风或逐新猎奇,关键在于能够明确目标,针对问题提出有效的改革措施,不断予以完善。改革措施包括:建立灵活多样的教学培养机制,为学生提供多样化的发展空间;优化课程体系,促进学生全面发展;着力推进教学体系建设,体现研究型大学特性;强化实践教学体系,体现理工科教学特色。

The reform of personnel training system does not mean blindly following the trend or taking risks, but rather consists in making clear its goal and putting forward effective measures concerning certain issues and improving them constantly. The reform measures are as the following： firstly, establishing flexible and various training mechanism so as to provide varieties of development space for students; secondly, optimizing curriculum for the students＇ overall development; thirdly, promoting the construction of teaching system and presenting the characteristics of research-oriented universities; and finally, strengthening the practice of teaching system and showing characteristics of science and engineering.
