摘要
数控加工时,一个工件通常要使用多把刀具,由于刀尖位置的不一致及加工过程中刀具的磨损,与编程位置存在差值,因此需要进行刀具补偿。该文研究了数控加工中几种刀具的补偿形式,在实际工作中应用广泛。
In NC processing, generally a work piece needs a few cutters. Due to the installation errors of these cutters and the wearing of these cutters proper, the position of the formed work piece in many cases is not the same as the programmed, therefore programmer needs to carry out cutter compensation. This paper studies some methods of cutter compensation, which are widely used in actual application.
