摘要
为满足不同曲面同步起爆的需要,设计了一种刚性和柔性相结合的多点同步起爆网络。对多点起爆同步性进行了理论分析,并对起爆可靠性和多点起爆同步性进行了测试,测试结果表明,12点起爆同步性标准偏差小于0.6μs。为提高同步性,提出了冗余设计方法,并结合试验数据进行了分析,分析结果表明,冗余设计可提高同步性标准偏差到0.3μs。
Combined rigid circuit with flexible circuit, a multi-point simultaneous initiating circuit which can be used on a curved surface is designed. Synchronization of multi-point simultaneous initiation is analyzed in this paper. Reliability of initiation and synchronization of circuit are tested. The test result shows that the synchronization standard error of 12-point simultaneous initiating circuit is less than 0.6~ts.Redundant design for improved synchronization is proposed. The analysis of testing data shows that redundant design can improve the standard error of initiating synchronization to 0.31as.
