摘要
研究了火工药剂激光感度测试技术,组建了一套用于测试火工药剂激光感度的装置。本装置使用半导体激光器为激光源,通过光学聚焦,使光斑直接作用到药面上,采用光电传感器感应药剂发火信号、数字示波器记录延迟时间、兰利法处理实验数据。大量的试验表明,此方法具有激光源更换方便、样品制备简单、试验量少、测试结果可靠等特点。
Laser sensitivity test method of initiating explosive material was researched and test device was established. The device adopted semiconductor laser as the laser source. By optical focusing, the laser spot works directly on the surface of the material. The firing signal of the material was sensed by photoelectric sensor, the time delay was recorded by digital oscilloscope, and the test data was processed by Langlie method. The test results show that this method has the advantages of convenient replacement of laser source, easy sample preparation with a small quantity of test and reliable test result.
