摘要
设计了一种基于霍尔电流传感器的飞机点火火花电流测试系统。比较了分流器、互感器、Rogowski线圈等测试仪器,发现基于霍尔传感器的测试系统响应时间短、频带宽、精度高、测试方便。实现了瞬间大电流的非侵入式自动化测量。测试过程中特别注意了抗电磁干扰和接地问题,得到了准确的火花电流数据和波形,提出了用相关性分析的方法分析测试结果的重复性。
A system is designed to measure the spark current in airplane's igniter. The measuring system is based on Hall current transducer. Instruments such as shunt, transformer, Rogowsld coil are compared. The measuring system based on Hall transducer responds quickly and it is easy to measure. The system is also wide band and high def'mifion. The non-contact and automated measuring fast and high current is achieved. Electromagnetic interference and grounding problems are resolved especially. Exact data and waveforms of spark current are gained. The method of correlation analysis is introduced to analyze the repeatability of the measurement results.
