摘要
以堵片打开压强为主要点火强度指标,开展了包括喷管堵片厚度、泻压孔大小、堵片粘接形式、点火药量等变参数模拟点火试验,确定了某自由满装填固体发动机点火设计与喷管堵片设计的匹配关系。研究结果表明,将喷管堵片打开压强稳定地控制在2.5~3.5MPa之间,可提高点火装置在低温条件下的点火可靠性。
Regarding the opened pressure of the nozzle closure as the main ignition strength index, some simulation ignition tests with varied parameters, which including the thickness and the bonding form of the nozzle closure, the size of the decompression holes and the ignition charge etc, were developed. And the matching relations of the igniter and nozzle closure design of a freely and fully loaded motor were confirmed. The research indicated that if the opened pressure of the nozzle closure was controlled from 2.5MPa to 3.5MPa steadily, the ignition reliability of the igniter at low temperature would be improved.
