摘要
运用LS-DYNA仿真软件研究了弧锥结合罩的结构参数对形成侵彻体的影响规律。采用中心点起爆方式,通过改变弧锥结合罩的圆弧曲率半径、锥角和壁厚,对比分析形成的侵彻体性能规律,得出药型罩结构参数对EFP速度、长径比等成型参数的影响规律,拟合得到变化曲线及曲线方程。结果表明:弧锥结合罩的圆弧曲率半径、锥角和壁厚存在最优值。基于研究结果优化设计了一种弧锥结合形药型罩,仿真得到了成型形态和成型参数都较佳的EFP,为多模战斗部的进一步设计提供参考依据。
The influence of penetrator forming with configuration parameters of arc-cone liner was researched by LS-DYNA software. Through using center initiation, changing the arc curvature radius, cone angle and thickness of arc-cone liner, and analyzing the performance of penetrator, the law that the formation parameters of EFP, such as velocity and length-diameter ratio, influenced by the configuration parameters of liner were educed. The change curve and curve equation was drawn up. The result show that arc curvature radius, cone angle and thickness of arc-cone liner has optimization combination. A kind of arc-cone liner have been optimized, and designed into simulate. It found the forming EFP with better formation configuration and parameters, which provide reference for the more design of multimode warhead.
