摘要
介绍了一种能清楚显示锆及锆合金晶粒的金相及扫描电镜分析试样的制备技术。选用氧化铝和三氧化铬作为机械抛光液,采用机械、化学联合抛光,再进行化学侵蚀,成功地显示出晶粒,在光镜和扫描电镜下对其晶粒形态,疲劳后滑移线形貌进行了观察与分析。
A preparation method to reveal the grain boundrie of zirconium and zircaloy for metallographic and scanning electronic microscope analysis is introduced. AlzO3 and CrO3 are selected as mechanical polishing solution. After jointly mechanical and chemical polishing, the specimens are followed by chemical etching, the grain boundries are successfully revealed. The grain character and slipping lines in fatigued specimens are observed.
