摘要
用固相反应法制备、并通过不同条件的热处理得到了一组不同氧含量的Nd0.9Ca0.1Ba2Cu3O6+x样品。用X射线衍射确定了样品的相结构。随着氧含量的增大,结构发生从四方到正交相变。进一步用红外吸收谱研究了体系的结构变化特征。谱图上642cm-1,578cm-1,538cm-1峰的出现及位移,与氧含量引起的结构变化是一致的,并讨论结构与超导电性的关系。
A series of Nd 0.9 Ca 0.1 Ba 2Cu 3O 6+x samples with different oxygen content were fabricated by the solid state reaction method and thermal treated under different conditions. Thephase structures of these samples have been verified with XRD method. The structural transition from tetragonal to orthorhombic phase appeares with increasing the oxygen content. Furthermore, the characteristics of structural phase transition were investigated with the infrared absorbance spectra methid. The variations of 642 cm -1 , 578 cm -1 , 538 cm -1 peaks are corresponding to the structure transition induced by the oxygen content. And the relation between the structure and the superconductivity has been discussed.
